How important is it to have a GMT display on your clock when you are parked on a boat?

If you are in the CIC (and modules, or Chamber of Comm work, there's a clock on the wall (wall), created in Zulu (GMT) with a clock to local time.

If you are a carrier of another jurisdiction, you can calculate, in the Zulu 2-3 seconds. And if not, look around and check the clock.

I used to compose a lot of immediate surgical OpNavBlue, and the message traffic of Flash ... it is always done in Zulu, and I've never GMT "indicator on the clock.; January 20, 2010 at 4:24 PM
