Low Iodine diet before Radio Iodine treatment for thyroid cancers? - low iodine diet menus
I started a diet containing little iodine for 2 weeks (less than 65 micrograms Tan) before treatment with radioiodine for thyroid cancer. I wonder if anyone has any ideas for menus and dinner ideas for me, or are on the same diet? I have a little simple, but you can eat the same thing several times!

I went through it in November last year - during Thanksgiving! Do not think it would be difficult, but if you start know, can not eat.
For breakfast I ate oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts (unsalted). I'd call it an omelet Protein few.
I have a big pot of stew (see link below for recipe), I had many wonderful dinners. I also had pasta sauce to go home. If you search you can find a brand of canned tomatoes, no salt.
For dessert I had the crazy cake (recipe below) - a chocolate cake with cocoa powder, if all goes well.
